Sales Engineer

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with experience in HVAC, FCU/AHU ,ventilation components, and fire protection systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and providing technical support to ensure optimal solutions. This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC, ventilation, and fire protection markets.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell ventilation components and fire protection products (e.g., fire dampers) to contractors, consultants, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, project managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on product selection, compliance, and installation.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and submitted offers to convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in HVAC, ventilation, or fire protection systems within KSA or the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ventilation solutions, and fire safety regulations.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the MEP and fire protection sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with KSA construction regulations and project requirements.
  • Valid KSA driving license and own car.
  • Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
