Presales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Presales Solution Architect with 3–5 years of experience in the relevant domain. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with strong technical expertise and proven experience in delivering pre-sales support, solution design, and technical presentations for a wide range of security and business application products.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team, customers, and internal technical teams to design and deliver best-in-class solutions.

• Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
• Prepare technical proposals, BoQs, architecture diagrams, and scope of work documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the bidding and RFP response process.
• Engage with customers to understand their challenges and recommend optimal technologies.
• Work closely with implementation teams to ensure solution accuracy and handover quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar presales or solution architecture role.
• Strong understanding of security solutions and business systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience preparing proposals, technical documentation, and customer-facing materials.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
