
- Partner with Account Executives to conduct discovery calls, identifying client technical requirements, pain points, and business objectives.

Deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to various audiences, from Data Scientists to C-level executives.

Design high-level solution architectures that demonstrate how Synapse products will integrate with the client’s existing stack (Cloud, On-Premise, or Hybrid).

Lead the scoping, execution, and presentation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate value and technical feasibility.

Respond to technical sections of RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs, ensuring accurate and compliant answers regarding security, architecture, and scalability.

Act as the "voice of the customer" back to the Product and Engineering teams, providing feedback on feature requests and market trends.

Address technical objections regarding security, deployment models (Docker/Kubernetes), and model performance capabilities.

Visit client premises for critical pitches, workshops, and technical deep-dive sessions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a technical role (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) or as a Solutions/Sales Engineer.

Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle and familiarity with Python/Data Science concepts.

Solid understanding of Enterprise Infrastructure (Cloud vs. On-Premise, Docker, Kubernetes) and networking fundamentals.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts (e.g., how an AI model is served via API) to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Python and SQL to build custom demos or manipulate data during POCs.

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot technical issues during live demonstrations.

Willingness and ability to visit client sites for meetings and workshops.

Knowledge of enterprise security standards (LDAP, SSO, Encryption) is a strong plus.
