Role & Key Responsibilities:

Create and copy edits sales material, including proposals, RFPs, slide decks, internal reusable assets, etc.

Draft, develop, and finalize RFP responses to solicitations from clients and customers.

Work with different departments within the company to identify the appropriate subject matter experts and coordinate their contributions to the RFP response.

Conduct a comprehensive review and ensure compliance with RFP requirements for accurate and complete submissions.

Research on a variety of artificial intelligence and data science applications and use cases across different industries.

Research prospective companies to target.

Provide pre-sales support to Account Managers for closing deals or outreach.

Collaborate with technical departments to obtain relevant information for pitches.

Manage internal team tasks and coordinate meetings with relevant team members to accelerate goals.

Manage the internal task tracking tool to ensure deadlines are met and progress is transparent.
Job Requirements:

Prior pre-sales experience will be a plus.

Experience in RFP processes.

Knowledge of modern AI and data solutions and how they deliver value to businesses.

Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.

Ability to interpret and transform technical subjects into business-friendly content.

Good design and aesthetic sense.

Good at time management and meeting internal and external deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for good work ethics.
Preferred Experience:

Fresh graduate with a business degree or a computer science degree (with relevant business electives) from a top tier college or university.

Internship or 6+ months' experience in a sales role in an IT, data, science or artificial intelligence services firm is preferred.
