Job Title: ERP Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in ERP solutions sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for ERP solutions (Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. as applicable).
  • Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and position ERP solutions effectively.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to arrange the Presentation
  • sales documentation.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on ERP market trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in ERP sales or software solutions sales.
  • Strong Sales understanding of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools and ERP systems is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or formal training in ERP systems.
  • Experience working in B2B enterprise sales.
