Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive (Telecaller) with prior experience in the construction or real estate sector. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project details.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong lead pipeline for the sales team.
  • Explain project features, benefits, pricing, and other details clearly to prospects.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate information.
  • Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp until conversion stage.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat/referral business.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and telecalling skills.
  • Knowledge of the construction/real estate domain (projects, pricing, customer queries).
  • Ability to handle objections and provide convincing responses.
  • Good MS Office and CRM software knowledge.
  • Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 2–6 years of telecalling / pre-sales / inside sales experience in construction, real estate, or related sectors.
