What You’ll Do

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for Infants & toddlers or preschool‑aged children.

  • Support social, emotional, language, and early academic development through play‑based, developmentally appropriate learning.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families to support each child’s growth.

  • Bring creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, child‑centered school culture.

Qualifications

Teachers ($22-25 per hour DOE)

  • CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

  • 6–12 months relevant classroom experience

Infant/Toddler Caregivers ($19-21 per hour DOE)

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Infant/Toddler training (We can provide all required training)

  • 12–24 months experience with children under 36 months in a licensed center or preschool

Not qualified yet?
We may have limited Aide positions available while we help you complete training to meet PATCH Caregiver qualifications. (Pay range: $17–$18.50/hour)

Schedule & Locations

Monday–Friday • Full-Time (Plus limited PT schedules that are flexible)
No evenings
No weekends
