<Responsibilities>

  • Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and promote consistent learning experiences at home and school.
  • Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive participation and growth for all students.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of developmental milestones, assessments, and standardized testing results to monitor progress and inform instruction.
  • Oversee classroom organization, safety protocols, and childcare routines to ensure a secure and nurturing setting aligned with child welfare standards.

<Experience>

  • Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
  • Experience working with children with diverse needs, including special education or early intervention programs.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Familiarity with daycare regulations, and childcare best practices is preferred.
