<Responsibilities>
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Lead daily classroom activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and social skills among preschool children.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address individual needs, and support ongoing development through regular updates.
- Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care and instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of children's developmental milestones, attendance, assessments, and standardized testing results.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and childcare policies.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, with a strong background in early childhood education.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, early intervention strategies, and literacy education best practices.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, staff, and community partners.
- Ability to lead classroom activities that incorporate physical education, math concepts including standardized testing preparation, and tutoring when needed.
- Certification in early childhood education or related fields is required; additional training in special education or child welfare is a plus.
