Preschool Lead Teacher

<Duties>

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating curriculum development and instructional design principles.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies, ensuring safety and engagement for all children.
• Collaborate with your classroom assistant on curriculum planning, instructional strategies, and assessment methods to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
• Maintain clear communication with families through regular updates, conferences, and written reports to foster strong partnerships in supporting each child's growth.

<Qualifications>

• Proven classroom experience in a preschool settings.
• Familiarity with the RIELDS.
• Experience creating curriculum based on the RIELDS.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
• Ability to handle conflict management situations sensitively while maintaining a positive learning environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
