Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to nurture and educate children aged 2 to 3 years old. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods to support early childhood development.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Facilitate engaging lessons that promote language skills, social interaction, and emotional regulation among toddlers.
- Conduct assessments of children's progress through observations and standardized testing when applicable, adjusting lesson plans accordingly.
- Support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention by collaborating with specialists and implementing tailored strategies.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and welfare through regular updates.
- Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and organization in compliance with childcare regulations and standards of child welfare.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with children aged 2 to 3 years old in a preschool or daycare setting is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies.
- Experience in curriculum development across various domains such as literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and Montessori methods is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with classroom management tools and techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists involved in child welfare.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs or in private school settings is a plus.
- Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development in toddler care or preschool teaching is encouraged.
