Preschool Teacher: Outdoor Classroom / Floater

Position: Floater / Substitute (all ages, 3 months - 5 years old)
Location: Steiner Ranch neighborhood in Austin, TX

• Build strong, caring relationships with students and their families
• Implement fun, hands-on activities that support learning and development

• Foster creativity, curiosity, and social-emotional growth
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
• Collaborate with a co-teacher and leadership team to meet each child’s needs

✅ Requirements:

• Experience working in a preschool or licensed childcare center preferred
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Able to pass background check and meet state licensing standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
