Preschool Teacher (School-Year Position) – Reggio-Inspired Program

Parma Preschool is hiring 1–2 early childhood educators to join our Gold Rated, Reggio-inspired preschool for the upcoming school year.

This is a school-year position (September–May) — not a childcare center — with a traditional academic calendar, including holidays, breaks, and snow days. Staff also work 2 weeks before and after the school year.

We are seeking educators who:

• Have experience in early childhood education
• Value child-led, inquiry-based learning
• Are interested in or familiar with the Reggio Emilia approach
• Enjoy collaboration, reflection, and documentation

Compensation: Pay is competitive and based on education, experience, and OCCRRA Career Pathway Level (CPL).
