Early Childhood Teachers Wanted – West Chester

Location: West Chester, Ohio | Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $14–$16/hour (based on education & experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Ohio Early Learning Standards

• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom where children feel respected and encouraged

• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and play-based activities

• Maintain classroom routines and promote positive behavior

• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, sharing updates with families

• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Must be 18+ (per Ohio requirements)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1 year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting is preferred OR a degree in Early Childhood Education/related field preferred

• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a genuine love for working with children
