Pricing Associate (Logistics, Shipping)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing Associate/Officer to support our pricing operations and customer service efforts.

The role involves preparing and validating pricing data, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining accurate commercial price lists.

Responsibilities:

• Provide regular and adhoc pricing analysis and reporting for management.
• Monitor and update commercial price lists as needed.
• Validate sales quotations for accuracy and profitability.
• Kindly reply to customers queries and send the quotes to the customers from the system.
• Update the pricing list according to the country and prepare rate list to key destinations for broadcasting to Sales.
• Provide Customers support and follow up for smooth shipping.
• Coordinate with the sales team.

Requirement:

• Bachelors / Masters preferably in Supply Chain Management (any other bachelors' degree will also considered)
• Experience: At least 1 year in any industry.
• Experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry is a plus.
• Must possess excellent communication skills – Written & Verbal (English)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and possess good computer skills.
• Good with email drafting.
• An excellent team player and able to work well under pressure.
• Possess good Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills.
