Pricing Coordinator – Logistics & Shipping

UAE, Oman, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, China, USA & India

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations for ocean freight, air freight, and logistics services
• Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, and vendors to obtain competitive rates
• Maintain and update rate sheets, tariffs, and pricing databases
• Support sales team with timely and accurate pricing solutions
• Analyze market rates and support cost-effective pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, contracts, and company pricing policies
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of quoted services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in pricing or commercial roles within freight forwarding/logistics
• Good understanding of freight forwarding processes, Incoterms, and shipping documentation
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic pricing tools
