Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Pricing Executive – Air Freight Exports to drive and manage export air freight pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in the freight forwarding industry, exceptional analytical capabilities, and effective negotiation skills to secure competitive airline and agent rates.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and execute pricing strategies for Air Freight Export shipments
✔ Negotiate rates with Airlines, Overseas agents, and service partners
✔ Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely customer quotations & pricing proposals
✔ Conduct market research & competitor rate analysis to support pricing decisions
✔ Liaise with internal sales and operations teams to support business wins
✔ Maintain updated rate sheets, vendor tariffs and pricing records
✔ Ensure pricing supports margin growth and business profitability
✔ Provide quick, clear communication to customers and global network partners

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding (Air Freight Exports Pricing mandatory)
• Strong data analysis and market trend interpretation
• Proven rate negotiation experience with airlines and agents
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with quote deadlines
• Team player with business-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in any discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred)
Prior experience handling carrier contracts & agent tariffs is a plus

Work Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday (if applicable)
Location: St. Thomas Mount Office, Chennai
