Pricing Executive (Shipping & Logistics)

Job Description:

• Prepare and issue customer quotations promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines to obtain the best possible rates.
• Maintain and update rate databases, tariffs, and pricing sheets.
• Analyze customer requirements, shipment details, and trade lanes to provide optimal pricing solutions.
• Ensure profitability of quotes by balancing competitiveness with margin goals.
• Support the sales and business development teams with pricing inputs for tenders, RFQs, and spot quotes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (vendors, partners, agents).
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance in all pricing activities.
• Prepare reports on pricing performance, hit ratio, and market competitiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or pricing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
