Location: Karachi

Job Description

• Stock Monitoring: Regularly check stock levels and update inventory databases

• Order Processing: Assist in processing purchase orders and ensure proper documentation of invoices and Contracts.

• Receiving Goods: Help in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming goods.

• Logistics Coordination - Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure smooth operations.

• Data Entry: Accurately enter inventory and procurement data into the system. Oversee the Procurement of raw materials, goods and services,

• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): Using ERP software for inventory Tracking and Procurement Workflows.

• Coordination with Suppliers: Maintain strong Relationship with suppliers for smooth supply chain operation.

• Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Communication: Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Job Specification

• 2-3 years of working experience in similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
