As a Business Product, Pricing Development & Procurement Specialist, you will define product strategy, manage pricing frameworks, and handle end-to-end procurement to support our solar clients’ growth.
- 1) Lead product development: evaluate solar products, maintain approval workflows, and manage compliance standards.
- 2) Develop pricing strategies: analyze cost models, competitor pricing, and government rebate impacts.
Source and negotiate: identify suppliers (panels, inverters, tech), negotiate contracts, optimize cost-quality mix. - 3) Manage supplier relationships & performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- 4) Collaborate cross-functionally: with sales, finance, legal, and compliance to align pricing/product roll-out.
- 5) Monitor market shifts: stay updated on solar tech trends, material costs, and regulatory changes.
- 6) Maintain ERP/CRM systems: update product lists, pricing templates, and procurement records.
- 7) Prepare reports: product pipelines, pricing performance, cost savings, and procurement metrics.

- 1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2) 3–5 years in product planning, pricing, or procurement—solar or related fields
- 3) Fluent in English with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- 4) Analytical mindset with expertise in cost modeling and data-driven pricing
- 5) Experienced in vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier performance tracking
- 6) Tech-savvy: ERP/CRM systems, pricing tools, Excel, PowerPoint
- 7) Self-starter, organized, able to thrive in early-shift environment
