Pricing Specialist

Pricing Specialist- Sea/Air

Rate Procurement:

· Procure rates from carriers, promptly attending & responding to inquiries from customers.

Rate Negotiation:

· Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, and other transportation providers to ensure the best possible pricing.

· Establish, negotiate, and execute service level agreements with ocean carriers.

Quotation Preparation:

· Prepare and provide accurate and timely freight quotations to sales/ Sea or Air Operations Specialist

· Ensure all quotations are competitive and in line with market rates and company guidelines.

Financial Evaluation:

· Perform financial evaluations to assess the effectiveness of pricing actions.

· Analyze pricing trends and market conditions to make informed pricing decisions.

Record Maintenance:

· Maintain up-to-date records of negotiated rates and agreements.

· Ensure all records are accurate and accessible for reference.

Customer Support:

· Provide support to customers regarding pricing inquiries and freight solutions.

· Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
• At least 3 years experience in UAE.
• Has proficiency in pricing or relevant skills to the role.
• Minimum of 5 years in the UAE of experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
