Position: Pricing Specialist – Freight Forwarding
Location: Alexandria, Egypt
We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our growing team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive freight quotations and managing pricing requests for export shipments (Sea & Air), while ensuring strong coordination with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and overseas partners.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations for sea and air shipments.
• Handle incoming pricing requests (RFQs) in line with company procedures and KPIs.
• Request and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, and international agents.
• Coordinate with overseas offices and partners to obtain international freight rates and local charges.
• Evaluate routing options and pricing strategies to ensure commercial competitiveness and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and partners to secure the best possible rates.
• Utilize internal pricing systems and tools to deliver timely and high-quality quotations.
• Monitor market trends, carrier updates, and industry changes affecting pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and customer requirements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, sea logistics, or freight pricing/RFQ management. (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding and sea freight products.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with carriers and partners.
• High level of IT literacy, especially MS Excel and pricing tools.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Customer-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
