Primary teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing classroom environment, delivering engaging lessons across core subjects, and supporting the academic and personal development of students from Grades UKG to 5.

Location: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad

Reporting to: Branch Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery:

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in subjects.

• Classroom Management:

Establish and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.

• Student Assessment:

Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and exams. Provide feedback to students and communicate progress to parents and school leadership.

• Lesson Planning:

Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and instructional materials in line with the school curriculum and national education standards.

• Individualized Instruction:

Identify students’ needs and tailor instruction accordingly, including support for students with learning difficulties or advanced abilities.

• Parent Communication:

Maintain regular communication with parents through meetings, reports, and informal interactions to discuss student progress and well-being.

• Professional Development:

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Stay updated with best teaching practices and educational trends.

• Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to plan interdisciplinary activities and share best practices.

• Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress, attendance, and other required documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification.
(Additional certification in primary education is an advantage.)

• Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level (preferred).

• Strong classroom management abilities
• Creativity and enthusiasm for working with children
• Ability to use technology effectively in the classroom
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Working Conditions:

• Standard school hours, with occasional evening or weekend events
• Classroom-based with occasional field trips and extracurricular activities
• May involve physical activity, standing for long periods, and active interaction with young learners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
