Job Summary:
Kompass School Maadi is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of primary-aged students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the school curriculum
• Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress effectively
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
• Maintain classroom discipline in line with school policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Teaching qualification preferred
• Previous experience teaching primary grades is an advantage
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and working with young learners
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
