Responsibilities

• Represent and promote prime residential and commercial properties to local and international clients
• Provide strategic advice on property selection, market positioning, and investment potential
• Conduct private viewings and consultations, ensuring a personalized and confidential experience
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and institutional investors
• Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring legal and financial compliance
• Stay informed about market trends, new launches, and regulatory updates in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and premium property presentations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in prime or luxury real estate sales
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and high-end developments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of closing premium property deals
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance and commitment to client confidentiality
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
