Job Overview:

The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering structured leadership training

sessions for school principals and headmasters. The role focuses on enhancing their

capabilities in school management, instructional leadership, inclusive education, use of digital

tools, and fostering effective academic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

● Facilitate engaging workshops for school leaders on leadership, administration, and

pedagogy.

● Conduct training on curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, inclusive education, and

school operations.

● Support integration of digital tools for academic tracking and school improvement.

● Develop and adapt content and training materials based on program objectives.

● Use participatory methods and real-life case studies to strengthen leadership practices.

● Provide post-training mentoring or follow-ups as needed to support on-ground

implementation.

● Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely reporting of training outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,500.00 - ₹4,000.00 per day
