Principal - Bulri Shah Kareem

NOTE: TMK & BSK residents will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and promote a positive, inclusive school culture
• Set academic goals and oversee continuous school improvement
• Ensure effective curriculum delivery and instructional quality
• Supervise, support, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff
• Promote student well-being, discipline, and personal development
• Manage budgets, resources, and school operations efficiently
• Ensure compliance with educational and safety regulations
• Engage with parents and community to strengthen school partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education is mandatory; a Master's degree will be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in school leadership or any relevant role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in academic improvement and staff development
• Knowledge of curriculum planning, instructional strategies, and student assessment methods
