Principal Consultant - Solution Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Consultant Solution Design
• Responsibilities
• Work with client facing personnel or clients in identifying requirements shaping solutions and offerings against those requirements and packaging proposals
• Create industry specific white papers and point of views aligned to CMO pain points and suggested remedial measures
• Develop GTM solutions particularly in areas of a

• Content Management c
• eCommerce service offerings
• Worked in a presales or sales support environment with complete understanding of the sales lifecycle and handling RFPs for Digital marketing services
• Gathers synthesizes analyses market competitive intelligence for a Digital marketing domain and provides inputs on gap analysis in order to contribute to a market intelligence and gap analysis report
• Creates a presentation thought paper POV point of view describing a proposed solution including the pricing model operating model and value proposition in order to develop it into a service offering
• Creates collaterals for presentation to internal stakeholders such as sales other SD teams Delivery teams etc
• Creates reusable artifacts to contribute to an updated knowledge repository
• Understanding of AI usecases in the Digital marketing domain
• Competencies and skillsets required
• Familiar with marketing automation solutions in Digital marketing Domain
• Preferable experience in BPO and Experience in Digital Marketing Search Engine Display Advertisement SEO SEM Marketing Analytics and Social media
• Experience of managing senior stakeholders across the sales and delivery units
• Cross functional collaboration and ability to manage ambiguity
• Client Interfacing skills with strong communication skills
• Ability to synthesize data and trends from multiple sources
• A management degree preferred with 10 to 12 years of experience in Presales roles
• Has working knowledge of Project Management practices and tools in order to independently manage medium to large sized RFP s with varying complexities
