Job Description: Principal Engineer - Civil and Structural

Location: Thane (West)

Experience: 14 Years in similar profile, preferred candidate from consulting industry.

Qualification: BE Civil & Structure

Job Description:

· Calculations for structure design civil and PE buildings, manually and with software like STAAD, ETABS, RCDC.

· Quantity estimation for steel and masonry.

· Shall be able to prepare drawings and schedule documents for procurement and construction, experience in API and Pharma formulation plants will be advantage.

· Prepare technical specifications, data sheets, BOQ, and construction drawings.

· Structural stability analysis with software.

· Capability of review of 3D models in Revit, and Plant 3D.

· Shall be conversant with all relevant codes and standards

Technical Competencies:

· Knowledge and understanding of relevant Design Guidelines & Statutory Requirements

· Knowledge and understanding of International GMP Guidelines and regulatory requirements

· Basic understanding of the equipment and systems of API, Oral Dosage, Injectable and Biotech formulation facility

Behavioural Competencies:

· Follow Code of Ethics set by the company

· Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Language.

· Shall have to travel & visit/ relocate at any site as per project requirement.

· Seeks information and help from others when assisting clients with queries

· Keeps pace with high volumes of work when necessary

· Lead and Mentor the team of skilled engineers and designers.

· Shall have ability to explain and convince client about the proposed design, problems, and solutions.

· MS Word

· MS Excel

· Autocad

· Revit

· PDMS/Plant 3D

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
