Job Title Onsite Rotary Equipment Specialist

Location Onsite United States

Experience Required 1015 years in Oil Gas Rotating Equipment

Project Overview

A leading energy organisation is initiating a pilot project to implement asset strategies for rotating equipment under a Reliability Driven Execution RDE programme The strategies are defined in GE APM and will be executed via SAP and eSOMS systems The pilot aims to establish a scalable model for enterprisewide deployment

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the onsite execution lead for the pilot implementation of asset strategies

Validate reconcile and obtain approval for asset strategies loaded in GE APM

Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure accurate implementation of strategies into SAP and eSOMS

Conduct field verification and inspections of rotating equipment to support strategy validation

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the scalability and standardisation of the pilot model

Utilise GE APM for reliability and strategy execution

Consult with clients and lead technical workshops

Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication

Collaborate with offshore teams across time zones

Coordinate reporting and analysis between onsite and offshore teams

Required Skills Experience

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

1015 years of experience in the Oil Gas industry with a strong focus on rotating equipment eg pumps compressors turbines motors

Handson experience with GE APM Meridium SAP PM and eSOMS

Proven ability to lead onsite execution and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Strong understanding of asset strategy development implementation and lifecycle management

Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications such as CMRP PE or equivalent

Experience in pilot project execution or strategy deployment in GE APM SAP PM

Familiarity with RDE programmes and enterprise asset management systems

Exposure to digital reliability platforms and datadriven maintenance models

Benefits
Compensation range: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
