Principal Marketing Officer

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies and annual plans.
  • Supervise marketing campaigns for all services and events, ensuring effectiveness and impact.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and coordinate contracts and agreements with local and international entities.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials and ensure corporate identity compliance.
  • Guide and support the Marketing team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage website and social media content, ensuring quality and engagement.
  • Monitor marketing performance, analyze results, and prepare reports with recommendations.
  • Organize community, cultural, and promotional events locally and internationally with the related departments and partners.
  • Support sponsorship and funding initiatives to enhance Library programs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve the Library’s online visibility, organic search rankings, and website traffic.
  • Lead the Library’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including developing and implementing community-focused programs and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure CSR activities align with the Library’s mission and the broader goals of Dubai's government.
  • Manage the communication and promotion of CSR initiatives across all marketing channels.
  • Track, measure, and report on the impact of all CSR and SEO efforts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications activities, with proven experience in SEO management and CSR initiatives.
