Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and professional Principal to manage and lead our Technical Institute. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in running an institute and should be capable of managing operations, staff, and overall growth effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and run the technical institute independently
• Oversee daily academic and administrative operations
• Ensure smooth functioning of staff and students
• Take full professional responsibility for institute management
• Plan and implement strategies for growth and development
• Maintain discipline, quality education, and performance standards
• Handle admissions, staff coordination, and operational reporting

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience running an institute
• Strong background in management and institute growth
• Professional, responsible, and leadership-oriented personality
• Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Basic to advanced computer knowledge
• Male or Female candidates can apply

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience in technical or educational institutes is a plus

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
