Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various printing equipment, including flexo presses, CNC machines, and screen printing setups to produce a wide range of printed materials.
• Prepare prepress files by verifying color management, layout design, typography, and ensuring compatibility with printing machinery.
• Manage color accuracy and consistency across multiple projects by utilizing advanced color management techniques.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to review print layouts and make necessary adjustments for optimal output.
• Utilize forklift and machining skills when handling raw materials or finished products within the manufacturing environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in screen printing techniques and prepress processes.
• Strong knowledge of color management principles and layout design best practices.
• Experience with graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments, including CNC machining and flexo press operations.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within a warehouse setting.
• Attention to detail for quality control and inspection tasks.
