Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Print Production Associate to support our busy production team. In this role, you will operate advanced printing equipment, help prepare and finish client projects, and ensure that every job meets our quality standards. This is a hands-on position that requires technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital printing presses and wide-format printers
• Assist with finishing and production processes to complete projects accurately
• Conduct quality control checks to guarantee consistency and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Prior experience in press operation or related production work (required)
• Experience with digital print device workstations (a plus)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles (preferred)
• Familiarity with PMS color, CMYK theory, prepress, and quality control standards (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
