About the Role

We are hiring a Printer Operator for Wide Format Printing to help operate and maintain our commercial print production equipment.

This role plays a direct part in protecting one of the biggest things that sets Kingdom Designs apart: our ability to produce high-quality work quickly and consistently. A large portion of our business depends on strong production flow, attention to detail, equipment awareness, and reliable execution under real deadlines.

This is a hands-on production role inside a fast-paced print environment. You will be responsible for helping printed orders move through the production process accurately, efficiently, and at a level of quality our customers can count on.

Experience with wide format printing, digital printing, print software, or graphic design is strongly preferred. That said, training is available for the right candidate. Direct to film printing is a newer technology, and we are open to someone who brings strong technical ability, attention to detail, coachability, and the desire to grow.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying focused, catching details, solving problems quickly, and taking pride in producing quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain assigned wide format and print production equipment
• Operate assigned computer systems and related printing software
• Print and produce assigned orders within required turnaround times
• Observe, react to, and help correct printing equipment issues or malfunctions
• Perform quality control checks on printed output and finished products
• Communicate clearly and effectively with support, fulfillment, and management teams
• Replenish, organize, and maintain printing-related materials and supplies
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production workspace
• Support continuous improvement through strong habits, awareness, and teamwork
• Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows and new opportunities open internally

Experience

• High school education or equivalent preferred
• Prior wide format printing experience preferred
• Prior digital printing, print production, print software, or graphic design experience is strongly preferred
• Training is available for the right candidate
