Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Private Assistant to support daily personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate activities, handle communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, appointments, and reminders
  • Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
  • Organize personal and household tasks, including errands and vendor coordination
  • Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain confidential records and documents
  • Assist with events, meetings, and social engagements
  • Prepare reports, notes, and follow-ups on key activities
  • Support financial tracking, invoices, and expense reports
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Proficiency with office software and digital tools
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexible, resourceful, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing both personal and professional responsibilities
  • Knowledge of local vendors, services, and logistics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per month
