Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Private Equity Partner to lead investment strategy, deal origination, and value creation across our portfolio. The Partner will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments, managing limited‑partner (LP) relationships, and driving the firm’s long‑term growth. This is a senior‑level position with significant influence on fund strategy, team leadership, and firm‑level decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing & Origination
- Build and maintain a strong network of intermediaries, advisors, entrepreneurs, and industry players to generate proprietary investment opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize attractive sectors and geographies aligned with the firm’s strategy.
- Investment Execution & Due Diligence
- Lead end‑to‑end deal execution, including investment theses, financial modeling, valuation, commercial due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Oversee preparation of investment memoranda and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Negotiate terms, structure transactions, and coordinate with legal, tax, and compliance advisors.
- Portfolio Management & Value Creation
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive strategic and operational improvements, performance monitoring, and value‑creation initiatives.
- Serve on or advise portfolio company boards, providing strategic guidance and governance oversight.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs and support portfolio‑company exits (sale, IPO, refinancing, etc.).
- Fund Strategy & Investor Relations
- Contribute to the firm’s overall investment strategy, fund mandates, and positioning in the market.
- Represent the firm in LP meetings, roadshows, and fundraising activities, articulating the investment story, track record, and outlook.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors and key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Firm Development

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 10–15+ years in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development, with a proven track record of leading and closing deals.
- Deal Record: Demonstrable experience in sourcing, structuring, and executing private equity transactions (buyouts, growth equity, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and LBO/valuation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with experience in operational value‑creation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly with senior executives and investors.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
