Private Members Club Lead Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Private Members Club Lead Manager to oversee the daily operations of our exclusive members’ club. This dynamic role requires a proactive leader who excels in customer service, team management, and operational excellence. As the face of the club, you will ensure members receive exceptional experiences while maintaining smooth administrative and financial processes. Duties

• Lead and supervise all club operations, including member services, event planning, and facility management to ensure a high-quality experience for members.
• Develop and implement strategies for member engagement, retention, and recruitment through personalized service and innovative programs.
• Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance management to build a motivated and professional team skilled in customer service, sales, and operational tasks.
• Manage administrative functions such as membership records, billing, payroll, bookkeeping, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate purchasing, inventory management, and merchandising to maintain optimal stock levels of club supplies and amenities.
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution to foster loyalty.
• Organize marketing initiatives and promotional events to enhance club visibility and attract new members while maintaining brand standards.

Skills

• Strong leadership with proven experience in team management, supervising staff in a hospitality or retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with members and vendors.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse member demographics.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks including payroll processing, bookkeeping, POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash handling, and retail math.
• Skilled in inventory management, purchasing procedures, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management principles.
• Experience in customer service excellence coupled with strong organizational skills for shift management and event coordination.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques to promote club activities and membership programs effectively.
