Transport Compliance Officer/PRO – Transport(PMV Division)
Job Responsibilities:
Transport Compliance (PMV Division)

Ensure all PMV fleet (heavy trucks, trailers, construction machinery, light vehicles, buses, etc.) comply with UAE transport, RTA, and traffic regulations.

Oversee timely renewal of registrations, licenses, insurance, road permits, and authority approvals for heavy and light vehicles.

Maintain accurate compliance records of fleet documents, operator/driver licenses, and equipment certifications.

Conduct periodic audits and inspections to verify roadworthiness and regulatory compliance of vehicles and machinery.

Coordinate with the workshop/maintenance team for ensuring fleet meets safety and compliance standards.

Report and support investigations for road accidents, traffic violations, and compliance issues.

Implement transport and safety policies in alignment with company and statutory requirements.
Public Relations (PRO) – Transport/PMV

Handle all liaison with RTA, Police, Municipality, MOI, and other government authorities for PMV-related documentation.

Facilitate timely submission, processing, and renewal of permits, licenses, heavy equipment transport approvals, and special route permissions.

Support drivers, operators, and mechanics in obtaining/renewing heavy driving licenses, operator permits, and labor cards related to PMV operations.

Represent the company in authority inspections, hearings, and compliance checks.

Maintain strong working relationships with external agencies to ensure smooth PMV operations.
General & Reporting

Prepare and submit compliance reports to management highlighting risks, expiries, and action plans.

Assist in developing policies and SOPs for transport and PMV compliance.

Provide guidance and training to drivers, operators, and transport staff on compliance and regulatory updates.

Perform additional administrative and PRO-related tasks required for PMV fleet operations.
