About the role
In this key position, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties that are part of a probate estate. Working directly with grieving family members, executors, and probate attorneys, you will provide a reliable and streamlined process for turning inherited real estate into cash.Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential probate and inherited properties.
• Build and maintain compassionate relationships with property owners, family members, and executors.
• Navigate the probate court system and ensure all legal deadlines and documentation are handled correctly.
• Analyze property values and conditions to make fair, competitive offers.
• Negotiate purchase terms and manage the acquisition process from initial contact to closing.
• Collaborate with attorneys, title companies, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions and communications in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Must-have: 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or a related sales field.
• Preferred: A Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) designation is a plus.
• A strong understanding of the real estate market and probate process.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a compassionate, empathetic communication style.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
