Role Overview:
The Team Growth Specialist will play a vital part in our team’s expansion and Company culture. They are responsible for coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle - attracting, screening, interviewing and onboarding top talent - ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will also support general HR functions to contribute to the overall success of our entire team.
Location:
As a Company culture champion for potential and current team members, this is a full-time, on-site role in our Minneapolis office headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and hiring goals to define job requirements and create clear, effective job descriptions.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies utilizing multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse and qualified candidates across the country.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and deploy specified assessment tools to determine candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members, and assist with job offer or rejection communication.

- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for new team members.
- Conduct Company-specific orientations, providing essential information and completing necessary paperwork.
- Support new team members' introduction into the Company culture.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the employment process.
- Assist with maintaining and updating Company HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure Company-portions of the learning management system are up-to-date, and assist Company leaders in creating department-specific training and development modules.
- Provide support in various HR functions, such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy interpretation as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, preferred
- SHRM-CP or other nationally-recognized HR certification considered in lieu of experience and/or baccalaureate degree
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as an HR “department of one” and as part of a multi-functional team

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
