Eligibility:

• Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Key Responsibilities:
Voice:

• Address customer queries via calls and chat
• Assist US clients with technical or account-related issues
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Adhere to company processes and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members

Non-Voice:

• Manage global client interactions focused on financial documentation and data management
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in written English communication is essential
• Graduates from any discipline (B.Tech, BCA, MBA, etc.) are eligible
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Your Role:

• Manage backend invoicing and documentation processes
• Coordinate with US clients on billing-related tasks
• Maintain detailed records to uphold data integrity
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
