Working Days- 6 days (Timings 10:00 AM To 6:30 PM)
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department in managing day-to day sales operations, documentation, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of the sales process — from lead tracking and quotation preparation to order fulfil ment and post-sales support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong coordination across internal teams and clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and order processing. • Support sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, invoices, and related documents.
- Update, monitor, and maintain customer data, leads, and sales activities in Zoho CRM.
- Act as a link between the Sales, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure on-time order delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers for order confirmations, payment updates, and dispatch details.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking sheets.
- Identify process gaps and assist in improving sales coordination workflows for efficiency.
- Ensure all documentation, approvals, and reporting comply with company standards and timelines.
