Process Engineer

Job Title: Process Engineer – Plastic Industry

Location: Sonipat (Barhi)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable for relevant experience)

Experience Required: 8–10 years

Industry Preference: Plastic Manufacturing (e.g., Supreme or similar)

Qualification:

● Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

● CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) certified

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and manage production activities, ensuring timely loading and unloading

operations

● Handle complete process start-up and shutdown procedures

● Manage manpower efficiently to achieve production targets

● Implement and monitor 5S practices to maintain workplace efficiency and cleanliness

● Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow

● Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during operations

Skills Required:

● Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes

● Experience in production planning and resource management

● Good leadership and team-handling capabilities

● Knowledge of quality and safety standards in manufacturing
