Role Summary

Oliveira e Lima LLC is seeking a strategic and highly technical Process Engineering Manager to lead our industrial operations in Al Khor. This role is responsible for the design, optimization, and management of industrial processes to ensure maximum productivity, safety, and cost-efficiency. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, driving innovation and continuous improvement at our Al Khor Industrial Zone facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Lead the design and implementation of new production processes and the improvement of existing ones to enhance yield and reduce waste.
• Facility Management: Oversee operations at Warehouse 45, ensuring all machinery and systems are maintained to peak performance standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of Process and Chemical Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with Qatar’s environmental regulations and international safety standards (ISO/HSE).
• Budgeting & CAPEX: Manage the engineering department's budget, overseeing capital expenditure for new equipment and plant upgrades.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Supply Chain and Quality Control to ensure seamless production cycles and product integrity.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. An MBA or Master’s in Engineering Management is highly desirable.
• Experience: 12+ years of professional experience in industrial/process engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
• Technical Expertise: Mastery of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and process simulation software (ASPEN HYSYS/AutoCAD).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets to drive operational decision-making.
• Communication: Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage for coordinating with local regulatory bodies.
