Role Overview

The Process Engineering Manager will oversee process development, improvement, and compliance for large-scale projects. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to align engineering processes with organizational goals while ensuring efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Process design: Lead the development of efficient and scalable engineering processes.
• Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Technology adoption: Evaluate and implement advanced engineering tools and methodologies.
• Team leadership: Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Risk management: Assess process risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration: Partner with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Process Engineering Manager in industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in process modeling, simulation, and optimization.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Professional certifications in process engineering or project management are highly desirable.
