What Makes You A Perfect Fit?

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Computer, or Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or other relevant disciplines (Engineering background is preferred),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry,
• Fluency in English,
• Fully conversant with MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Highly innovative, result- and detail-oriented,
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic learner,
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Facilitating process workflow modeling to collaborate on improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases,

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration for new products and services,
