We are looking for a Process Optimization & Standardization Specialist who will design the blueprint for how our retail stores operate.


This role is responsible for writing SOPs, developing operation manuals, and mapping workflows that ensure consistency, efficiency, and a unified customer experience across all branches.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for translating field practices into clear, practical procedures that teams can easily follow.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.


What will you be doing?

  • Observe and analyze front-of-house operations to understand store flow, service patterns, and improvement areas.
  • Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all front-of-house activities (service flow, cashiering, cleanliness, product display, and customer handling).
  • Create and update the Retail Operations Manual, including step-by-step guidelines, visuals, and performance standards.
  • Map workflows and customer journeys to define clear responsibilities and touchpoints within the store.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers and Supervisors to validate and align all documented procedures.
  • Conduct process reviews and store visits to ensure compliance and collect feedback for refinement.
  • Ensure that all procedures align with brand standards, quality requirements, and customer experience goals.
  • Regularly update manuals and SOPs to reflect new launches, store formats, or process enhancements.
  • Benchmark internal practices against industry standards to propose ongoing improvements.
  • Maintain organized and accessible documentation systems for all operational materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Brand, Supply Chain) to ensure full process alignment.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or F&B operations, with strong exposure to SOP creation and process documentation
  • Proven experience in writing operational manuals or workflow diagrams
  • Skilled in process mapping tools
  • Strong understanding of store operations, service flow, and customer experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
