Job Overview

We’re looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals to serve legal documents to individuals and businesses in accordance with the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure. You’ll work independently, manage your own schedule, and play a critical role in the legal process.

Responsibilities

• Serve subpoenas, summonses, complaints, and other legal documents
• Travel throughout East Central Alabama to complete assignments
• Maintain accurate records of service attempts and completions
• Communicate professionally with clients and recipients

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Alabama Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Prior experience in process serving or legal field preferred
