Your Tasks

Your Tasks
- Oversee and improve production processes for increased efficiency and quality
- Implement and manage process control systems to optimize production
- Analyze process data and troubleshoot any operational issues
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in the design and implementation of new production technologies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop process documentation and conduct training for colleagues

Participate in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Strong understanding of process technology principles
- Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, and process control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Good communication and presentation skills
